Angie has a life outside of being a REALTOR. She has a wonderful family that includes her husband Brian and two daughters, Riley and Bryson. Scheduled to the max with both home life and a full time career, Angie still finds time to stay involved in church, school and the community. Oh and let's not forget cheering on the CLEMSON TIGERS! Angie has been blessed with the love and support from her family and friends for the past 14 years. Without them, It just doesn't work. A typical day for Angie in addition to giving her real estate clients the utmost in service would include the golf course, tennis, gymnastics, swim meets, voice lessons and homework with her children. The busier, the better. She loves it!!!

Angie’s Career and Accomplishments……

Angie has offered a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to the upstate for over 14 years. Beginning her real estate career as an assistant to a real estate paralegal, it did not take her long to figure out her true passion. As her desire for a career in real estate continued, she became a licensed realtor. She began her career with ERA Joy Real Estate and later joined the New Homes Division of ERA Garrison and Associates as an onsite agent. Angie’s hands-on experience in new construction further enhanced her education in all areas of real estate. Angie was instrumental in the opening of the second Access Realty, owned and founded by Nick Franchina, known as “The Woodruff Road Group.” Access Realty-Woodruff Rd. opened its doors in August of 2005. Angie attributes her success in real estate to always remembering her motto “The day real estate changes who I am is the day I will no longer be a REALTOR”. Strong willed, determined and always, always taking steps in the shoes of the buyer or seller. If you cannot place yourself there, then you cannot do the job for which they hired you.
